Enjoyed staying at the hotel, staff, especially Manager Mr. Chavan and owner Mr. Lodha were very cooperative and enjoyed interacting with them. Very near to the temple and the room is ok and affordable food is good and service is also good worth for the money
We had an excellent stay at this hotel, and the positive point is that the hotel is very near to the temple as well as easy access to the marketplace makes this hotel an excellent location perspective. Staff is also very polite and helpful. Plus point is that the hotel fits within budget.
1. Provided room didn't has bath tub as shown in room pictures.
2. Cleaning issues
3. Exhaust fan was not working, even after complaint it's was not repaired.
4. Toiletries includes only medifix soad and vatika shampoo... No lotion, hand towel etc..
5. TV is useless, only free channels were available, no kids , entertainment, movie channels active like Sony, sab, Zee, star etc.. So no use of TV to me..
Water bottle initially not provided, I had to ask multiple time and during checkout included in the bill.. but after clarifying amount was removed.
It's not look like 3 star property.
Best part is near to the temple.. and food is good

We booked a room for 2 nights and we're very disappointed. Rooms are not maintained properly, very dirty bed covers, blankets, soiled & coloured towels, stinking bathroom mat etc. The bathroom is in pathetic condition. Highly priced. They promise breakfast while booking the room, but decline later. No kettle also. No water bottles given. Very disappointed.
the hotel service was fantastic staff also cooperative and their giving service time to time there is a no issue, I must say the food quality was awesome and it was freshly serve. this hotel very good for family and nearby temple 2 minutes distance....
Rooms were neat n clean, washroom were also clean.staff is very co operative n polite. the hotel is near to gate no 2 of lord sai temple. over all a good budget hotel and can definitely be considered for a budget stay.
This is the second time I have stayed at this place. Homely cooked food and quality has improved. Location was just 300 metres away from temple. Good staff and a nice budget friendly hotel. Just need to be more cautious in terms of hygiene

Very nice hotel which is located on main road near entry gate no. 2 of shree Sai samadhi mandir. Hotel staff ie both managers all room service boys and staff of attached restaurant were very pleasant, polite, cooperative and helpful.
