It was complex orthopaedic case which was handled smoothly by Rajat sir & supporting doctor. Nursing staff is also well cooperative. Thank you very much for nice treatment.

My mother, aged 87 years was admitted in the ICU of Shraddha multispeciality hospital for cardiac problem. Thanks to Dr. Rajat Engineer and his team that she recovered very fast. I was advised by doctor to get my mother admitted because she had swelling in her legs due to fluid accumulation. And then my experience was horrible. Everyone has a right to earn money but no one has the right to take unfair advantage of a person's situation especially when he is under a trauma of hospitalization. Shraddha hospital staff might cheat you to make money in every possible way they can. They raise unnecessary bills in the medical stores and if you try to bring the medicines from outside they don't like it. They will hate you for that and request unnecessary medicines which they do not necessarily give to the patients also. If some medicines are even left over they may even try to keep it with themselves. The doctors in ICU were found sleeping many times. Moreover, The Final bill raised by Dr Rajneesh for Dr assistance per day was 3500 rupees per day. The doctors over there are no gold medalist. Charge should have never been beyond 1500 rupees. Compared to other hospitals I found that the nurses were also very uncaring and less polite. Probably because they are underpaid and they don't care much even if they lose their jobs. Later on we had post to Ahmedabad and doctor found that there was nothing critical in her situation and he helped my mother recover with normal medicines only without any need for hospitalization. I was also advised by Shraddha Hospital staff that the water input has to be controlled which was later found not necessary. However it is not just shut the hospital but mostly everywhere. You probably cannot escape this situation. There are horror stories of other reputed hospitals also.
