Near to bust stop . Located in market . Good hospitality in reasonable cost . Rooms having good ventilation . Neat and clean rooms . If u want to visit ratnagiri must go for shrddha lodge for accomodation

Location: Only 4 minutes walking distance from Ratnagiri bus stand. Surround by lot of restaurants, medical shops, bakery, dairy, grocery shops etc. Auto stand and bus stand are also next door. Duration of stay: Stayed here for a day with family My overall experience during this occasion was satisfactory (3 out of 5) 1. Please note - this is a lodge and NOT a hotel. So don't keep high expectations = value for money 2. Customer service, promptness and professionalism of Person at the rceiption and his team was good 3. Lobby and surrounding area were clean and tidy 4. Room, bedsits and blankets were reasonably clean 5. I found drinking water jug and bathroom NOT so hygienic. (but again, this is a lodge and NOT a hotel) 6. Sliding window latch was broken; this was a serious issue from the safety and theft perspective. (mishap never gives any warning) 7. Not very open for early checking. They mostly claim that all rooms are full even though they are not. In case if you are planning for early check-in please call them up before booking Advice to management 8. Your location is your plus point. So please invest bit more from the hygiene and safety point of view 9. Further polishing customer friendly approach (e.g. early checking) and offering value added services can attract high business potential

It was near to the market and bus station. They have no kitchen available so we could not order food. The owner was taking care of the services. There was no restriction for going out and coming back. The Wi-Fi facility was not available. In terms of security, it was good to stay.

Services is not good no hot water only morning time 2 hours 7am to 9 am water also not hot bad experience no food old type loading

I am a regular customer of this property. It was in the market area. Both managers were co-operative. The food was not available. They should provide food facilities. They have no card machine for payment so I suggest keeping that. It was a secure place to stay.
