Don't buy or rent now, may be after 3 years. Although the building is good, but it is surrounded by plots which are or will be under construction. There is lot of construction noises and dust from the construction sites each and every day making it very difficult to stay, even after closed windows noise still penetrate.

Newly Constructed Building with 2 Towers which has various amenities like Badminton Court, Gymnasium and Club House. The houses are also spacious and very well organised 2bhk and 1bhk room. There is very well connectivity towards various neccesities and daily essentials. Near by to Bus Stop, Auto Stand and Railway Station. Connective to Eastern and Western Express Highway.

Nice place. Good Connectivity. Area under construction. Not properly gated yet. No space for kids on ground floor. No park or garden. Lots of dust problem due to ongoing construction.

Nice Society, but 4 Wheeler Parking Issue...

Good place in heart of Kanjur marg and all things easily available
