Never go to a bad place. The behavior of the staff is very bad. There is an elderly man who is so frustrated in his life that he can't talk to anyone properly. Talks bad to girls too. Bad service. No online payment. If you haven't paid yet, you might think you won't stay. Just can't come. 100 should be paid. Soo bad

There was no hassle while checking in. The hotel staff were extremely polite and cooperative with everything. Now coming to the rooms, the entire building was recently painted and the rooms were very clean. The location for this guest house is amazing with Hati Bagan Bazar and Shovabazar metro station in walking distance. I had an early check-in and had to leave in the evening but overall it was a wonderful experience. I'd definitely stay here again.

I liked staying here not because of the infrastructure but the decency of this Guest house. According to my point of view, I believe it's the cooperation and helpfulness of the staff and management which makes your stay worth and enjouful. Recently I have witnessed a hotel with luxury infrastructure but with a frustrating service , staff and horrible management for which had to claim refund. This hotel is situated in Old Kolkata and a crowded area but this is what makes it lively. I found that this hotel is very safe and the staff is extremely cooperative and they do their best to make you satisfied. I also feel that it's true value of money according to the cost charged. I don't recommend this Guest house for very classy people who expect 5star facility in the cost of lodge and then give negative review being very unjustified. This is a good guest house which is best at it's simplicity and perfect place for people who enjoy the Taste of Kolkata. According to it's ambience it's neat and clean and I couldn't figure out anything negative so far. It's Clean, Safe for family and pretty decent. Cheers!!!

Guest House is located opposite to Shailendra Sircar School. Service is good, behavior of staff and specially the owner is very nice. I stayed in deluxe ac room which was of adequate size with 20 inch LCD TV, a mirror, a chair and table. Bed was comfortable, the mattress was little stiff just like home. You are provided a towel, shampoo and soap. Breakfast is okay and is served in the room. Although outside food is not allowed in the room buy they allowed it, as their cook was not available that day. Being a guest house don't expect much but you will be pleased with the overall atmosphere and their service.

Very comfortable stay !! Staff very friendly and Helpful. One unique thing is that they provide floaters in every room for customer which most of the hotels also don't provide . The breakfast is very healthy. Housekeeping is done on a regular basis . I extended my stay because of the friendly and helpful behavior of the staff. Value for money. Will visit again. Cheers!!

Nice food. Helpful staff. Homely atmosphere. Location is good. Well connected with the city. Safe and recommend for family stay. Bathrooms and toilet are as per budget. Not as good as a premium hotel. Beds are clean and comfortable.
