Experienced THE BEST customer service in my lifetime. The shop owner is literally a sweetest soul and always makes the customers feel comfortable while choosing the look for their big day. She helps all the brides with utmost passion and enthusiasm. I felt very very comfortable there and got complements from almost all the people during my event for the jewellery. This shop literally makes every bride's dream come true. I am stunned by all the collections offered by them. Antique jewellery, Traditional Gold Jewellery, Diamond jewellery, Silver jewellery whatever you name it they have got it all. Thanks Shopping pandas team for making me look the best on my big day.
They have a super collection for brides and bridesmaids and the price is also affordable, but I'm not satisfied with customer service. No light or ventilation when I picked up and dropped off the order at the shop. Once the order is placed you'll be receiving the WhatsApp text explaining what to do and what not to do. Added to this it would be more useful if they explained in person as well. I'm a newcomer to rental. No suggestion was given at the time of choosing. I was apologized for not receiving an extension chain when I returned.
I haven't expect these kind of collections in Thanjavur...!!!Dream come true moment..!!! I have worn many jewellery as a part of trail.They sweetly guided me with the jewellery selection.It was so comfortable there to have a trail and they allowed us to be at ease.
