I am very happy with the service here. We were looking for a white salwar kameez for my daughter for a school event. We asked in 7-8 shops in Vidyaranyapura because we reached Shopping City. None of the shops had it . When we went to Shopping City, the person at the counter came and asked us what we wanted and then directed us to the right counter and we got what we wanted. It was really a happy moment not only because we got what we were looking for but also because of the very courteous attitude of the staff there. My best wishes to Shopping City and all the people working there!
They have split personality 'Thank you' is what you gonna here when you throw your money at the one behind the counter. He is the one who's gonna smile at your kids before and ignore your presence after you approach them with problems. Not a single rupee is waived on clothes that are exceedingly high, yet we parents buy for that smile and love of our children. From tailor to the clerk all will show you the other half of themselves. They all will be rude as hell. I simply doubt i they even know to spell customer service lets just spare the meaning PS: The ones who are wondering what exactly happened. They gave me damaged clothing after alteration and denied to accept. All in all they dont want to lose even a rupee and just dont care about customers once they have your money
