Worst experience , very much disappointed and horrible rude behavior by staffs ..they all are so mean and they are getting paid for this rude behavior. At the perfume counter or any cosmetic counter there are so much staffs they will constantly irritated you asking about what do you need , they just can't keep calm and let customers see products peacefully ,and if you tell them that you don't want anything they will misbehave with you ..and sadly they are literally getting salary for behaving like this ..never ever will visit again
Kindly refrain from going this store if you want to save money from frauds. Full of frauds and scammers standing in sales person place. They will misguide, miscommunicate people so that lynch money from customers. I hope this store close down soon. :)
Miss Sunaina has been very humble and helpful. I went for the purchase of clothes for a wedding. Had a brilliant experience there. I recommend Shoppers Stop Mani Square for day to day and occasional purchases.
Please read the price tags and discounts yourself. Shop assistants give you wrong information all the time. You will realise only if you check your bill. Worst part was the pressure sell at the till. Man at the till forced me to buy their membership and a horrible perfume at the till. There was a big argument and he wouldn't take my payment unless I agree to accept his forced sale. He wasted 20 minutes of my time. There weren't many customers. This store is obviously not popular. I put my foot down and decided not to succumb to his forced sale. Then only he let me buy the items that I chose.
Very bad service they given me broken cosmetic product after so much request also they didn't listen. Even the manager very rude and didn't solve the issue. Very bad experience Never suggest anyone. Purchased a guess watch that was also stopped working after few months. Never recommend to anyone. Old obsolete products they sell.
