On showing the bag to the shoppers stop employee he said that the chosen bag is not on discount. We called for the manager and Akshay Patil was sent to handle the service escalation which he wonderfully.Keep up the great work Akshay n all d very best for making our day.
Not good for me to say But may be other people would have been having a great time in the place. I mentioned the employees in the shop about eco friendly bag for me to take care of my purchased goods. The counter guy didn't even listened to me. Rude ignored insulted and above this it's not about treatment but the people who are in a certain department like cosmetics are not in the seems like a I don't care type of attitude or behavior towards me personally speaking.

The Standards have degraded a lot. The sales representatives are more interested in up selling and lowballing techniques. Got a quote of Rs 8585 for a Versace Bright Crystal perfume from the perfume section. However, when we went to billing we we were asked to pay Rs 9200. Immediately called out their lowballing technique and when challenged they did not have an answer. Pathetic. Left without buying as I expect honesty and transparency.
