I had a wonderful shopping experience at Shoppers Shop. They have a very good collection of clothes, accessories, and shoes for all occasions and tastes. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Ms Adula who assisted me throughout the shopping. She was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs and preferences. I also enjoyed the premium lounge for black card customers, where I could relax and enjoy some refreshments. I highly recommend Shoppers Shop to anyone looking for quality products and service.
I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Shoppers Stop on 05/12/2023 During my visit to Shoppers Stop, a watch accidentally slipped from my hand and fell to the floor and got a very small scratch on it. Instead of displaying empathy and understanding, the staff and the manager immediately seized the opportunity to pressure me into purchasing another watch, claiming that I was now obligated to buy a replacement. Very bad experience
