Shoppers Stop - Department store in Latur - Latur, India

Nice stop for Branded Ready-made Garments. Kids, Men & women so many branded dresses are available here. But in the last visit a very bad experience from the staff. They don't exactly offer on dresses. Staff members are continuously confusing me & my family. After 02 hours of selection we don't purchase a single dress for our kid. Because the staff members create confusion. On Makar Sankranti Reliance Trends welcome us so warmly. But I'm not happy with the staff experience. Management should teach staff how to tell the exact offer to the customer. Very bad experience with 02 house waste of time.

Big shopping mall multistory building clean and nice arrangement. Many products available. Variety of jeans brand available like as Levis, spykar, pepe jeans etc. There is no discount/offer on Jeans. They give discounts on some products like as on puma shoes. There is no wheelchair accessible entrance . Friendly behavior and lift is available.

If you purchase nothing then they will insults you , all staffs are arrogent and sniffy behavioural with customer. Perfume staff should be fired.

Store is good , staff is good but the worst thing is that the store charges for Carry bags

The salesman at perfume and cosmetics deptt are very stubborn and they don't let customer to choose their own. This should be stopped. SS stores in other cities don't get such experience. Hence take this as positive and should be worked for betterment.
