Collection is good but you might find items out of stock even under fresh arrivals category. Some counters were left unattended and we had to leave those due to absence of any personnel. Overall, a good shopping destination for current fashion accessories.

The Indian collection was fair enough and the western collection of formal suit was awesome especially the lavender ones which I saw. The whole experience was lovely enough.

In a fine mall,you will get to see a shop shopppers stop,Yestrday an ugly incident happen,worst walk in shop,as we started searching tops in a category of deal,selected two units & heading for checkout,bill came out,it was way too much,they kept no discount top in category of deals,fine we accepted the bill & ready to pay MRP,two units on mrp total was less than actual billed out,they were charging 400 rs more to mrp,raising issue given a horrible response,they told one product price has increaded to 400 rs on MRP,Just now ,for the incident no one step in to look issue,manager was not at place for help us,to avoid the billing theft we walked out without buying,I would suggest look out for more options ,they try everything to make your shopping pay more than the worth

Horrible experience,Literally worst at billing counter,it was mess or cheating ,i don't know ,the total MRP of two products ,which i wanted to buy surpassed 400 rs on final billing amount,further they told this product belongs to other category & the price has increased just know ,at the billing they were doing all such cheap things, Initiated for support from floor supervisor to store manager ,no one helped,as such knowing the situation & policy they were backing out ,after wasting so much time ,we got a great shopping experience in another store Max.Won't recomend anyone for Shoppers Stop ,Gaur mall
