The environment was nice ... neat and clean Place and washrooms....You can freely spend ur leisure time there with your friends etc...family friendly place with lots and lots of fun activities.. including games etc.. you'll get lots and lots of brand out there separate portion for food and stuff ... ultimately nice experience

Rude Manager and Employees!!! I along with two of my friends were clicking some pictures on the layout of the store as part of our college project. The manager out of nowhere came and started rudely talking with us. my guess is he got mad because we weren't there to buy anything and were just clicking some pictures (my sister and I have been regular customers of Shoppers Stop before). First of all, all the pictures of the store that we clicked are already available on Google Maps so what difference does it make if a couple of students click some pictures inside the store. Secondly, Even if it goes against the store's policy, why the heck would you get that mad at children not more than 19 years old. TERRIBLE!!! The manager kept on following us like a creep until we left the store and sneakily said something to the security guard looking directly at us. IS THE ADMINISTRATION OKAY??? WHAT IS THIS INTIMIDATION TACTIC??? All three of us felt horrible and regretted even setting foot inside this store. Fix your attitude if you want to maintain customer loyalty because you have lost many customers today (my sister, my friend, and obviously me).

Yesterday i.e 12.6.23 we went to shoppers stop shipra mall shopping for our vacation stuff but when we enter to mens section we saw a good sale going on blackberry formal stuff that is buy 2 get 2......which actually mention on the section site and we thought why not shop for formal also and we confirm the deal with the executive assign on that brand he also confirm the same after spending 1 and half hour on trails we went for billing bit at billing counter the deal was different which actually was not known to executive assign and the deal paper he was carrying was for bangalore...I mean what.... no body update the deal to them. And when we ask to call manager and the manager sachin came he told the executive that the deal paper he is carrying was for banglore..mrSachin why r u here in shopperstop only have lunch ...and they even don't apologize for wasting time and for the tag offers they are showing on brands deals which actually was not tere. I remember going to shoppers stop for an interview for a part time job, way back in 2000. And I was rejected . Such was the standard of Shoppers Stop. It was a dream of every college going student to work at Shoppers Stop and earn something part time. Almost 21 years have passed, however the charm and maintenance of each and every store of Shoppers Stop is commendable. They have collection of best of the brand's in clothes, perfumes, cosmetics, footwear. Not to forget, they started this concept of waiving off your parking fees from your bill, if you purchased a certain amount from the store. So, thank you Shoppers Stop for the wonderful years, and KEEP ROCKING !!

Go anywhere you will get best quality clothes and offers here only. Veriety and brand selection is excellent. Staff is best. Service Superb.

Nice place for shopping with friends and family members also for kids. You will get a variety of shopping items at reasonable prices. Must visit with your family members and friends.

I really loved their collection. Lots of offers and fashion varieties to choose from. Staff is really co-operative and they will explain you each and everything related to offer , coupon etc. If you have membership card then your parking will be free across all their stores. Overall a good shopping experience and well maintained store.
