It's unfortunate that some negative reviews may be the result of personal disagreements or attempts to damage their image. I stumbled across lune 2 years ago and fell in love instantly. Not only do they have a wide vareity to choose from, every single design is so aesthetically and visually pleasing. But the one thing that has made me go back to them again and again and again is their quality. Every single piece I have bought from them is in prime condition till date. And my purchases date from two years ago till now. Their customer service is amazing too. Prompt and efficient. Lune is my go to gifting solution for all my girlfriends and sisters. Now that they have launched Lune man I cannot hold onto my excitement to buy something for my brother.

To everyone who thinks this is a "cool" jewelry brand, and buys their products based on their Instagram profile and seeing a few celebrities in their products. You will be equally disappointed by what they are in real life. To begin with their jewelry, the plating they use is really low quality and will wear off after a few days. Goes to show what the brand is, plated with gold, however on the inside its brass. I knew few people who worked here and they weren't paid, despite their full comitted service. So if you're trying to apply here or intend to work here, I'd recommend you to apply elsewhere. If you are really taken in by the false promises the owner tells you and you accept her offer, I'd Pray for you. Things will seem alright at first, however you do start to see the narcissistic nature of the owner eventually. Coming to the customer satisfaction, they do not take the feedback given to them seriously and make fun of the customers when they explain any issues with the jewelry behind their back. The designs are pretty similar to other brands and a better quality can be felt with its competitors. They probably won't take this review seriously either as they have already have enough in the vault. :)

Amazing products!!! I ordered small crater hoops and they turned out to be amazingly light. As they were a bit chunky in the pictures, it is actually very light and does not irritate. I wore it for a day and from earrings made of brass they are absolutely gorgeous

Hi I gifted the small crater hoops earrings to my sister for her birthday. She just loved them. I have been following your brand for quite a while and your aesthetics in jewellery is one of the best I've come across so far and very off beat.

Been buying jewelry from here for years as their brand really suits my aesthetic. However, the quality just does not hold up over time. The pieces are flimsy and tarnish very very quickly. I have accessorize/H&M jewelry that are as "dainty" that have lasted longer. Which is a shame because the designs are so pretty and they're really expensive too. They have a no return policy too which is sad. Also, if you're updating your designs but keeping the same product name, it makes sense to mention it on the page for people who want to have pieces replaced. p.s. their customer service is never pleasant to interact with. Not rude, but kinda snobby and unhelpful.
