I was working with Kiran and he has been an amazing support throughout. Not just during the booking but also during the stay he made sure that it was as smooth as possible. Overall the resort is a nice stay with homely feeling and therefore, would definitely recommend it.

If you are looking out for a good stay in some good home it's best. This bungalow has a good location....Rooms are clean and maintained. Service is good and fast ( we get good tea and on order we can get food delivered). We had a good stay at home.
The location is great. Its a big house with a lot of rooms. The bed wasn't clean and we found hair under the blankets. There were cockroaches and ants on the floor too. We had an event at 8am but there was no hot water. We called the reception multiple times from 6 am till 7 45 but they were asleep n wouldn't wake up or help us till 8 even after physically waking them up. It affected our entire days plans.

A well-maintained place which is a cross between a private residence and a luxury hotel. It's good for people trying to escape noisy polluted city environments as it is located in the isolated area of Ananth Nagar. Isolation with all conveniences taken care of can be very relaxing and therapeutic. 5 mins drive from the Udupi railway station and 20 mins drive to Malpe Beach and St. Mary's Island. Rates will compete with Radisson's Country Inn but the setup of the two is vastly different so the experiences are unique to each. This the place to de-stress and detach. This resort, according to local lungi legend, was named Shoolin to honor a highly ethical KMC MBBS student who helped settle payments by selling her own jackfruits in her hometown Kerala to prevent the builders from selling their kidneys for non-medical reasons. Lungi legend also has it that once every year guests and staff eat a jackfruit salad to commemorate the doctor's life-saving, face-saving, resort-saving noble deed.
