We visited the place for lunch on Nabami this year. Dislikes: 1. No al a carte menu available only thali. 2. They have two non veg thalis priced at 1299 with hilsa & 999 with prawn plus gst extra which is priced very high compared to the amounts they are serving. They are saying we can have 2 thalis among 3 of us. After seeing the amount we ordered individual thalis. Also they should atleast have unlimited option with veg & rice items. 3. Based on the price they are charging staffs should be more trained. There was an incident where 2 old ladies who entered before us have not got there thali when we almost finished. Lastly they move out shouting but i don't see anyone of the staff take any action. 4. Though food is good but two of the items could be better, first is dal which is like hostel dal & bhetki paturi the size of fish is very small and sorshe curry not tastes very well. Likes: 1. Food Variety is nice they have rice with shukto, dal and jhuri aloo bhaja. It followed by pataler dorma with prawn stuffing and bhetki paturi. Then have basanti polao with chingri malaikari and mutton kasha. It ends with chatni papad and gulab jamun. 2. Food taste is very good except couple of items mentioned above.

Good non spicy home like veg dishes available here. I had ordered a veg thali for a sick person. The taste was like home cooked. Delivery was on time. The quantity was sufficient for one. It was a fair dealing.

I visited Sholoana Bangali at Behala near Sakher Bazar on 23rd October 23(Nabami of Durgapuja) for purchase of Lunch. I choiced one Non-veg and one Veg Thali @ Rs.1099 and Rs.650 respectively though in their pamphlet the rate was Rs.999 and Rs.545. I accepted the hike of the rate due to Durgapuja. But it was strange to see that the listed items was not packed and delivered to me. Such as, non-veg starter and papad and for veg thali it was veg starter and papad. Not only that each fish items was dry without any curry. We had to take our each fish items without any curry as a dry item. When I was in restaurant, one customer of Shasthir More was complained that mutton was not delivered to them. Though the counter person instantly delivered the item through their delivery man. The behavior of the branch persons was very good. The quality of food was very tasty. So, my request the branch to take care of the foods delivered to the customers in their houses.

Sholo Ana Bangali used to serve good food but with time, the quality has gone bad. After several bad encounters, I'm giving this review since the restaurant failed to make any changes. Also, they take too much time to deliver the foods.

Extremely good place to have Bengali Cuisines.

located on the james long sarani in sakerbazar. they are providing varieties of thalis starting from 199. ordered rice, mutton kasa, chicken kasha, pabda jhal and polao. the best thing about the food is that it was fresh, good taste and the chicken and mutton pieces were very good. the only thing which needs to be mentioned that the quantity is less as compared to price you pay. in one word you can easily summarise that the items are costly however the taste and quality id good a photo of the bill is attached for your reference. you can judge the prices with the help of the photo of the bill.

Nice thali with different fish dishes, mutton or chicken option. Their fish fry and mutton chop is also delicious. They served the food in a authentic bengali style. Good ambience though price is little costly. Thali cost around 900 inclusive of tax which shouldn't be that much high.

xcellent The never ending menu seems like a marathon and surely it is. They have even introduced some Bengali food to satiate your homely cravings. From fish finger,chicken lollipop,fish fry,potato french fry,chicken pakora,chicken wings,chilli chicken,egg devil, Desi Murgir Jhol and hand made roti also they have it all. Lachcha parota and roti also available here. They take bulk and party order as well. And yes please don't think about their price its damn economical. Everything is priced below Rs 100/- in the Thali Segment Go visit them and delve into the mesmerizing world of lavish meal. Special item is lotiya fry and chicken pakira. Price are comoared to economical and food taste is great. Overall good food centre . It opens at evening every day. Thank you.
