I had an amazing experience with Gym trainer Saji bro, he taught me how to use the machines, do strength workouts and most importantly the proper form of these exercises. He was encouraging and motivating, I always looked forward to our sessions twice a week. Saji bro is very knowledgeable about the machines, the workouts and what muscles/body parts they are supposed to tackle which was extremely helpful I would highly recommend Shockwave fitness studio
Decent gym to feel the pump and heat. Visited while I was on holidays to Pollachi. Natural air plus a good coach.
Good gym with well maintained equipments. This gym would be a good choice from beginners to advance level body builders. I would recommend this gym to everybody especially because of the gym trainers as they take good care and give attention to each and every member that practice in this gym. Infrastructure is well cleaned and neatly maintained. Im so happy in my choice.
