The room was decent but there were a LOT of cockroaches on & around the bed. The staff should maintain the cleanliness & hygiene of rooms. They were cooperative tho & changed the room the next morning but we had to sleep in the roach infested room that night as there were no extra rooms available.
Hotel is at a convenient location. Rooms are pretty decent for the price(deals on non-season else expensive for the location). Restaurants near by. Staff seemed decent enough. Car parking is a problem. Max 2 cars for entire hotel, which is quiet disappointing. Few basic negotiations available(early check-in) based on season, is by talking to check-in counter upfront before payment. They dont agree for negotiations after payment. And these basic negotiations should be put up on their websites as a pro-active measure.
The room was quite small & provided with a single queen bed. The room was clean. The cleanliness of the bed was OK, could be better/improved. The hotel has a restaurant in the ground floor as well. But did not try it out as lot of other options are available in the surrounding area. overall OK but expensive since it is not centrally located.
Very good room and service. The behavior of the staff is very good, especially the manager Mr.Somesh. My wife and I stayed twice this year for a week each. It is also a very good place to stay with family. All amenities are very close.
