It's been a year now, since I have been doing Cross fitness, Calesthenics, Plyometrics, Weight & Strength training. I must say the best you can give yourself is a healthy mind body. Trainers are supportive by guiding and encouraging students to up skill their stamina every single day and provide a workout routine defined for the given day.
