Without a doubt my favorite yoga studio in ambala. This is the most beautiful studio - spacious, beautiful Signature OM symbol and gorgeous facilitie. And the studio is QUIET. Dhyutima is the best teacher!!! Her classes have the perfect balance of physical challenge and that sacred deeper yoga experience. This is NOT a core power yoga experience, thank goodness! She recite a beautiful prayer at the start of the class, and her sequence is always interesting and challenging to just the right amount. She gives such specific detailed instructions that I always get that extra something out of each position. 100% recommend!!
