HOSPITALITY: Staff service is very very POOR, Waiters/Manager treat customer as if they are running a local dhaba, Service etiquettes missing, Manager was very rude while taking orders, no knowledge of local language. FOOD: Starters & Main course are equally pathetic. Order Manchurian, this is what it did to spoon , not sure if I should blame the Manchurian ball or the spoon-strength. Ordered Icecream scoops for dessert, it was completely melted, such offerings should be informed before accepting the orders.Waited for around 15-20 mins for Rotis, hopeless. If anyone from the hotel management monitoring this, Please remember that customers are visiting hotel for a decent experience along with decent food-taste, not just for filling stomach.
One of THE BEST hotel to stay at Hongoli on Akola road. Rooms are spacious and clean with good interior, clean hot water. Hotel is newly opened with multiple amenities like swimming pool, party lawns, conference rooms. Restaurant is not opened due to covid 19 lockdown.
The WORST experience.STAFF are so RUDE with inappropriate management , they DON'T DESERVE that one star also. About food quality, ,i think there staff don't know about table Mangement. WORST taste of food.I order SPICY panner pasanda and they give SWEET INSTEAD of spicy with BAD TASTE. They didn't give tandoor roti in time, we wait for it and WHOLE food is FREEZE and with OFF MOOD we left Resturent without eating all food with immediate action. I think this resturent need improvements in food QUALITY and staff BEHAVIOUR
The food over here is very tasty... Unique taste is there..Just the waiters should be polite and speak and act professionally with the customers.
