I started visiting mam approximately a month ago and within this period of time I have better clarity about how need to handle few situations in my life. My anxiety levels have also come down. I used to get panic attacks even while sleeping which has now totally stopped after I started sharing my issues with mam. Her exercises have helped me through and lessened my overthinking and the way she addresses the issues have made a tremendous impact on my lifestyle and thinking patterns as well. My sessions with sheetal mam came at a fairly critical point for me, and I am happy to say they've been incredibly helpful. Her direct but non judgemental manner made hard topics easier to address head on, which I really needed and appreciated. Reliably astute observations allowed me to really stop and consider my perspectives in a way I hadn't before. They also left nowhere to hide, which is exactly what one wants from a therapist. Excellent counselling sessions. We approached Sheetal Ma'am with bit hesitancy but from day one we were made extremely comfortable and through out the different counselling sessions she was extremely helpful and listened to us very patiently and gave us insight of our issues and provided solutions.
