Roads, building and cleanliness are poor

MR.VIKASH KAPOOR BUILDER is fraud bcoz i was purchase 1 ROOM KITCHEN FLAT and one short paid all amount and he was committed for caring n supporting for everything but he didn't do and within 3 year Water Tanky is damaged and i am calling him continue but he refused the calls n by mistake one time picked the call but didn't talk properly and he did misbehavior with me n shouting on me ,not listening my COMPLAINT and told me that he is not responsible so that in future FLAT will damage n people's will died in Flat then who will be responsible n finally people's you can understanding about all things all materials third class quality used and tanky also cheap quality that's why its leakaged n now tanky in por conditions ,he is not good builder,not professional in his Business, MY FAITH ON HIM MY Blender Mistake n my flat cost is gone in loss, he Earned from us but he KILLED to Us, he is a cheater,fraud,irresponsible,finally still i m waiting for change the Water Tanky immediately otherwise i will file the CASE on Him in consumer court. I'm given time to him if he has change the WATER TANKY immediately so chapter,issues will close here

Good 2 and 3 Bhk flats, roads are wide and best thing it's on highway.

Perfect location to have flat or apartment, but sometimes there is problem with basic amenities like water, electricity and road.

Worst builders ever. Lots of cheating and hera pheri in registry cases. Dont waste your money on them.
