Shivdhara Waterpark & Resort - Resort hotel in Palanpur - Banaskantha, India

Everything was perfect. Water park is good and new, almost all rides are there, water of water park is clean. Wave pool is similar to other water park. Rides of tubes are more as compared to other water park. Now coming to resort. Resort is good for rest with family. Having swimming pool for adult as well kids. Having gym, Indoor games like TT, Air Hockey, pool. Rooms are very good as it is six months old only. Facilities are very good, spacious, have hair dryer also. View is also good, located beside rock. Food is awesome. All the staff are courteous.

Resort location is awesome, rooms are good... Amenities are good. But services need to be improved. They are not capable of handling weekend rushes in restaurant specially. Other wise good place to enjoy. Water park is also good for fun. Again in water park cleanliness need to be improved.

3rd class water park i ever seen. Worst Management. Nothing is properly managed. Once you order the food it will be served after 3 hours or else forget. Erything is myth, the reviews posted over here are fake. Indoor sports are even worst. Room service 3rd class. Water park management is very bad. I would suggest never ever step in. I would suggest to spend some quality time some where else and instead of step in here. The water provided here for drinking is also not mineral, they are charging 80 rupees for single mineral water and it's too not chill. The worst service, staff, treatment and especially the management. Please stay away from such people and place.

Great Environment. Rooms R Good. Air Conditiong System is inefficient as compared to Room Size. Toilets were Sticking and were made usable after many complains to House Keeping. Reception, Dinning Areas and Guest Rooms Passages R well Planned. Recommend to make Provision for Car/ Taxi Driver Stay and Food Facilities.

Pathetic services, pathetic food, and prices are like 4-5 stars. This kind of hotels make us realise why multinational hotel brands are so well deserving rather then this locals. They value customer satisfaction, while here not even your smallest request is handled well. At shiv dhara, they are favoring us by providing food & stay at such bloody high rate a day. I have heard some staff arguing angrily with customers for just small requests. This kind of hotels really needs alot to learn from multinational hotel chains. Property is not maintained well, staff & food are worst.

Excellent place and water park for all and kids will love this park. Clean water, excellent slides, huge wave pool, nice maintenance of water park. Only 1 feedback that amenities area in the resort should remain open till atleast 10.30 pm instead of highly awkward 7 pm closing time, as almost all the guests and kids will enjoy amenities in the late evening hours time only in resorts.

This resort and waterpark is a scam. The food quality is not even good, it's worst. The WiFi here is just 2 MBPS and they charge 19,000 Rs for 2 nights. What are they? Marriott? Leela? The Ummed?. Avoid this place, please.

Wow! Super amazing place and a do visit place of palanpur. Loved it and was wanting to stay here for my chole whole life.
