The rooms are spacious & clean. A room can accommodate 3 to 4 people. Washrooms are also clean and with utilities. The restaurant was on a budget and the food tasted very nice. The restaurant opens at 11 am and closes at 11 am. Ample parking. The place looks and feels premium.

Food is very good and at reasonable price. Hotel rooms are neat and clean. Adjacent to highway , needing minimum detour from highway. However checkout time is quite early at 10 am Which is a hassle , and they threatened to charge extra fare for a day if checkout is delayed Even at 10:30.

I attended a gathering at this restaurant for a party, and we were a group of 56 people. Despite the challenging task of serving such a large crowd individually, the staff was determined to make it happen. The menu featured delicious dishes like Sahi Paneer, Malai Kofta, rice, and Dal. However, the service did leave room for improvement. The waitstaff seemed overwhelmed, and at times, it was difficult to get their attention. This resulted in delays in food delivery and left some guests feeling frustrated. On the positive side, the food quality was impressive. The Sahi Paneer was rich and flavorful, the Malai Kofta was creamy and delightful, and the Dal had a homely taste. These dishes were undoubtedly the highlight of the evening. In summary, while the restaurant delivered on the promise of delicious food, the service could use some fine-tuning, especially when catering to large gatherings like ours. With improved service, this place has the potential to be a top-notch party venue.

The Shivay Hotel & Resort, just remember this name for the best hotel in Susner. Situated at Susner Aagar Malwa Road. We Visited For the dinner here. Amazing service and food... When i entered in hotel i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The Dinner were amazing at the best price. Good on kota ujjain highway.... Clean hygiene.... Good for even stay...

Restaurant was good. Well priced and good service - Staff was polite. Place has a kids area as well. Washrooms were clean and maintained.
