I stayed yesterday night (02.09.2023) in room number 312 second floor. Very worst maintanence. Cobweb are there in ceiling fan and dust in cupboards. No hygienic. Please don't go there even if is available for free of cost. I suffered from sneezing problem and cold affected after stayed there due to dirtyness.
Value for Money. Ambience is very good. No lift. Have to climb 2 floors. A small minus.
We wanted to book rooms for the wedding, The manager in charge was extremely rude to my father apparently for no reason because he asked if there is any discount.. Pathetic customer handling!!!! The rooms were not even good.. wanted to start off the wedding preps with something pleasant and felt so annoyed having to interact with this sort of person! Highly not recommended for many reasons..
Rooms are not that good. Food provided by them is highly expensive. Location is pretty good.
I stayed as a guest for a marriage ceremony conducted nearby at Royal Palm. I would recommend Shivsundar villa for large family gatherings.

I was there for a business meeting. Well established. Many halls available. Suitable for marriage reception and any kind of party like birthday celebration. Also our favourite beach is nearby and walkable. So, we can enjoy the ocean. Prices are normal.
The place is close to the beach. The rooms for hosting parties or workshop for about 10 people is also spacious, neat and clean. It is well maintained. The dinning hall is actually hot, inspire of the fan. The washrooms and nearly maintained.

The vibe was amazing, the ground floor is to dine and the 1st floor is to vibe. They have the bar, dance floor and some seating upstairs. Perfect place to have some quality fun.
This drive in theatre is now closed and under demolition. Still I have given 5 stars because it has been etched in many persons minds as best, spacious and still economical open air theatre in South India. We regret it's demolition.

Briyani is awesome in taste. Quantity is good and the quality also. This place is very quiet and good looking. We can park our Car and Bike there are lots of space to park our vehicles. Staffs are polite and good in taking orders from the customers.
