I was traveling with my family. Even though our stay was short, but we had a nice experience. The staff was courteous. The buffet variety & taste in the breakfast was great. We had lunch there too & it was delicious as well. Being so close to the airport is a plus. Overall a memorable stay & I would definitely recommend.

One of the worst experiences ever! Oh wait, not one of the, in fact THE WORST EXPERIENCE. The hotel staff were so rude, first they told me i can early check in, then later denied it. When asked to speak to the manager, the manager is the biggest joker of them all. He is asking us to get out of the place. This hotel is a joke, you can only go there if you want to sleep on the road outside which is in fact more peaceful than the hotel itself! If there was a 0 option to rate this hotel i would go for that! Joker's paradise!

*MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.* I booked through MMT. While checking in, they asked for extra money. When I disputed, they asked me to contact MMT directly in case of any complaints and claimed that they are not responsible. The staff and the manager were so rude. I was with my family. Felt not at all safe. Room was not clean and there were bugs in the bed. They even charged for one bottle of water that was kept inside the room even after paying Rs. 1700 extra.

Good hotel to stay with stay at multiple times. close vicinit to airport , housekeeping is very reluctant to change and have even shower gel replenished daily ,even after informing them . Poor service quality

Please don't go to this Hotel. It is a big scam. The service is the worst service I ever had. I called this Hotel to talk to a person about the reservation that I made and he spoke to me in Kannada. When i started talking in Kannada , he started yelling at me in Hindi and rudely dropped the call. I sent email and no response. My Parents stayed in this hotel instead of me and they said the staffs were rude. Sheets were not clean. Please do not go! To any international traveller this is the worst experience and you do not want to travel for hours and this.

Staff was courteous and always available. Rooms were big and facilities inside the rooms were great. The prices of the rooms were optimal and the quality of the food and taste was very good.

Worstest receptionist u can find in whole Bangalore. If ter was an option for zero star I wound hav done tat . Very rude female North Indian receptionist behaviour which can be compared to illiterate labour class .. kindly anyone who is planning to stay in this hotel can immediately cancel it for your own betterment ..
