I would like to shower my gratitude towards Naina ma'am to share this space with all her students where all enjoy the journey of fat loss. I joined the class 2 months back and literally with many health issues and continuous visits to doctor's. However, Naina ma'am not only boasted the confidence in me to be physically fit but is also helping me recover my health issues too with improving the sedentary lifestyle I had. I have lost 5-6 kg in this 2 months. Many may say they would lose more weight in this tenure. Fortunately, our trainer is at our best interests and thinks it is not only about weight loss but also about gaining strength. So, I can happily say I have underwent healthy weight loss. Most of trainers would definitely focus on cardio exercises but the trainer also focuses on weight training so we can lose fats plus gain strength as well. Happy Days!!! Every student comes with different background and different health conditions, and Naina ma'am would give her best to consult each one and help them in this journey of fat loss. what still amazes me even today is the variety of exercises and workouts we do, using or without using different form of weights. Everyday becomes a new day of learning and developing body structure into fitness. I would encourage ladies who want to have a healthy lifestyle to give it chance as we all do exercises at home but the discipline we require in this journey is provided by the trainer.

I have joined this fitness club a month ago..n i am finding it effective can see difference in myself. Environment in the club is very friendly... best part of this is it includes all forms of exercises such as zumba, yoga, aerobics, etc.. overall enjoying being part of Shiva's Aerobics studio.
