This is our favourite place. Good food well made. I took my old mother for a change. We ordered for vegetables soup, paniyaram, thin crust pizza, stuffed alu paratha. My mother had strawberry icecream for dessert whilecwe wound up with ginger tea which was excellent. Altogether a satisfactory experience.

Unique restaurant! Annalakshmi is run by a charitable trust. They serve delicious South Indian food. Here you pay as you wish. There are no fixed rate. The money goes towards hood cause like women employment.

Completely vegetarian. Fair percentage of staff service minded. Spacious. Good interiors. Looks good from outside too. Re food The quality, taste and flavours were ok. It was all served hot eventhough it was a little late when we went in. We were happy we got some food to eat when we were hungry. Some staff members and their attitudes put us off

To enjoy good food with family and friends and to help towards a noble cause, this is the place to try - Annalakshmi Restaurant on Marudhamalai Road. This restaurant is run by a Charitable Trust. Pure vegetarian South Indian food is served here and you just pay as you like for the food you eat. No fixed rate for the food. Food served is like home-cooked food, served by volunteers - eat as you like and pay as you like. There is take-away available too (Rs. 120 per parcel). The money you pay goes towards charity for causes like women employment. A great opportunity for a kind gesture - pay it forward!!!

I don't think this restaurant needs my review, because is already has a lot of good ones. BUT the food is freaking AMAZING! Love the food, and the people there. It's very homely, tastes delicious and mild. Will definitely visit it whenever I can. :)

This restaurant located in P N pudur, Coimbatore is a part of a large complex which houses a mother- child health care centre, a training centre for creative arts, a restaurant which dishes out yummy Malaysian cuisine , a hall that is rented out for parties and Shivanjali a exhibition and sales centre for promoting local art and craft. We had a family function in this hall. The Staff were extremely hospitable and good hygiene was maintained . The food was delicious and sumptuous. Most importantly the food is served with love and before serving it is offered to God and Gurus. The chefs experiment with flavors and we had a wonderful welcome drink made of ginger, lime and honey. The perfect drink to beat the heat. Another item on the menu that stood out was their awesome pineapple rasam!!

We visited this restaurant on April 6. Being a small place, no seats inside and we opted to dine in the lawn, not minding the mosquito bite. After repeated requests order was taken after half an hour. They took another 30 minutes for a soup and two starters. Soup was below average. We ordered for a green herb rice, a Malaysian cuisine which was again not to our expectation, for the price they charged and also took so long that our hunger subsided . Only the cold coffee at the end is worth mentioning.Quite disappointing.
