What a place and hospitality, simply amazing. Very good, clean spacious rooms. Small clean pool, where children's had fun. Lawn , Carrom room and other amenities were nice. If you happen to be a non vegetarian then this is 'the' place to go for. Even the staff is so polite and smiling. Beach is also at a walking distance. Overall a fantastic experience!!!

I have been this place many times now and it has never disappointed me ones. Great location, near to awas beach, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great Holiday Home. Everything about the Shivanjali was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room was very spacious, well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Food was good and great, service was attentive and efficient. The best part of the food is that the owner at peronally involved in preparation and managment. So its always up to the mark. On top of that we bought some crabs when we return from the beach and gave them to prepare. It was the very tasty and perfectly made which we asked for. They also helped us to get the return boat ticket even though it was a holiday season. Thanks for that.

Not at all Good for youngsters, Friends group, family. Pathetic experience not friendly staff, owner carries his own attitude. No Parking space. Swimming pool not upto the mark. Unhygienic surroundings. Totally waste of money. They follow their own timings for breakfast, lunch and dinner as per there convenience. Even hot water is only for 2 hours. We slept empty stomach due to limitations of timings untill 10pm. Not at all enjoyment it's totally waste of money. Think before booking ur vacation. Thanks

I visited this place last weekend which is very near to beach, food is amazing, Delicious ,Rooms were very nice & clean, most important the staff is so polite and helpful.

We are College Friends since 1984 visited Shivanjali at Awas from 29th April to 1st May 2023 - with our friend's friend's reference. Our entire requirement was fullfilled - With beautiful experience of overall Hospitality, Cleanliness, Tasty / delicious & quality Food (- Veg & Non - Veg both), with nice ambience (specially at evening) with natural surroundings & decently maintained external decore ,supported by music. Though there are time restrictions for breakfast, food , hot water for bathing etc.- accommodative relaxation provided by the owners. Oh, let me tell you that owners - both Mrs & Mr. Amish Shirgaonkar are so polite / humble, courteous & accomodative that both are there for you all the time in person monitoring & sharing work with staff too. Mr. Amish try to provide or help you to get all external facilities like all transport for local outing till booking Catamaran etc using all his contacts to make us feel comfortable which we've experienced. One of our friend , happens to witness Owners ( Mr. & Mrs.) having a Dinner very late with Staff sitting down in a circle having a same food - which I think is a unique way of showing way of caring attitude towards staff. Rooms, Swimming pool ( though small ), lounge ,dining areas all are neat & clean - Thanks to ever ready - staff Mr.Ramesh ( with his wife too on weekends ) inheriting all good qualities of owners. Food is superb, amazing homely ( with no side effects of outside food ) is their main USP. Finally nice surroundings with good old temples, greenery, latest as well as old houses giving a feel of a typical village atmosphere - with walking distance to clean & safe beach to enjoy beautiful sunrise & sunset at Awas. All latest facilities are provided inclusive of charging point for electrical vehicle too. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment till we leave the resort with self promise to visit again with family & sure to recommend to others too. Great place for a small vacation with your Family / Friends group / Couples. I have gon here as couple and yould highlight the below points as per my stay there. Pros. 1. Very much near from revas jetty and economical for traveling. 2. Couple friendly rooms which are spacious and big bathroom. 3. Hot water available in rooms with shower and cold drinking water also provided by them. 4. The property is lavish and luxurious to stay. 5. The best part here is their food we had. Breakfast: Veg - misal pav, Non veg - omlet pav Lunch: Surmai thali consist of 2 tandul bhakris, 1 surmai piece, kolambi rassa and rice (Highly recommended and the best SURMAI I HAVE EVER HAD) Dinner: Chicken thali consist of 2 bhakris, chicken sukkha, chicken rassa, rice, salad everything is unlimited. 6. Beach is just 5 min walking distance to be specific 700 m from the resort. Cons. 1. Small swimming pool.

We visited this place in Aug 2022. Beautiful place, unlimited food and best staff. As owner herself prepares the food so no doubt in the taste. The staff (mama) is very cooperative and polite and serves you as per you needs. This includes unlimited breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall excellent experience. Must visit! Awas beach is just 10 min walk away from this place.
