We went three times to this shop in the span of 2 months. At first they were very welcoming. Today when I went sales women spoke very rude and arrogant. It's common to start watching dress from minimum range to maximum range. The sales woman doesn't have interest to show the dresses at all and her response is like we won't have that worth to shop. It's really disappointed. First time when we went they showed dresses lehengas from starting rate to high. They showed us how it will look on us and very warm. Because of which we have good rating and subscribed channel as well. Now it feels like not worthy to visit itself. Don't judge basis on the amount people say at first. Our interests will vary according to your response. Today I felt it's a terrible service.
A very genuine and honest opinion iam giving.. everyone must read...this is the worst shop I have ever visited in my entire life .they don't even know how to treat customers..their ethical values are much more worst ... they put a board that customers are our gods but they don't treat us like that.. particularly for young girls are gonna be very much disappointed with their hospitality and dealing...so don't even ever try to visit that shop Even at your worst dream., thanks in advance to everybody
I had horrible experience with the customer service , though the collection is average the person who was assisting me never put interest to show some models. I literally had to ask them every time to show the dress I pick with my eyes from the rack . Drawbacks: 1. Worst customer service 2. No alterations 3. Prices are high for the cloth quality I bought the dress but I'm super upset with it .I will never recommend this to anyone and not visiting anymore.
Dont go here they will tell that dresses are in offer but they first kept the dresses price for very high and loot our money by telling like that.very high prices
