Detailed review- I recently had my father's treatment here where he was admitted for 5 days for a minor lung disease. The head Dr Boke treats really well with good care and shows positive results. Nice infrastructure, cleanliness and hygiene maintained everywhere. All equipments and medical accessories provided, well equipped ICU rooms. Ambulance facility is provided but it's not by hospital, it's from outside. Rest all services like medical store, laboratory is just there itself. Varieties of rooms available for patients' stay. Only negative thing I faced is some staff members like helpers, ward boys, even one assistant Dr, they act lazy and careless. Rest all staff is quite responsive. Just for info - a little bit expensive, but looking at the quality of treatment it's worth it.

Nursing Staff is excellent and dedicated. Housekeeping is very good. Doctors are professional and gave confidence to the patients. Please keep up the good work.

I went hospital for childbirth(delivery), the doctor is talented and polite with patients.... But whole staff needs training as they are treating us like we are in government hospital... They are not aware of politeness, respect and all.... If we treat same to them as they treat us, then again their behaviour gets worst.... So my suggestion is if u have another option for doctor then please avoid this hospital. Hospital are made for care not for mentally torture.... We pay for service so expect good response....

No seat covers in toilets of private room. staff is very arrogant, they do not take responsibility, they blame patients (patients from rural area) for not informing them, who are not familiar with western toilets. no one can use western w.c. without seat cover. They should inspect rooms before allotment. No reply on message from doctor.

I have to give low rating to grab the attention of concerned person. Pros: Hospital infrastructure is good, spacious rooms, greenery arround the building, enough parking space outside. Cons: I saw toilet cleaner guy telling patients in deluxe room to hurry up their dinner, because he wanted to clean the attached toilet. It's not a good behaviour. Also, elder visitors who brings tiffin for patient, have to walk upto 3rd floor by stairs, even though there is elevator, it's not allowed for visitors.

Both Dr r friendly and experts in their specialization.Staff also helpful and serve there service with smiley face.At d time of discharge they give advice which is helpful to minimize health problems. Thank you Shivnandan Hospital for ur Cooperation. Keep it up
