Absolutely pathetic service. Tyre was punctured 3 times during the trip. This shows the worse condition of the car. Things went bad when driver was drunk. We also have the fake toll statements that they sent. They can stoop to any level to take money.

Car assigned did not come without info to us till reporting time; even owner seemed to have zero clue and at last moment other arrangements were made which wasted a lot of time and created confusion. Other car which arrived had limited boot space due to gas cylinder inside, and big boot space was a major requirement already specified at the time of booking as we were traveling with an infant. But due to this issue, we had to carry 4 hand bags with us in the seats which was highly inconvenient. The car AC was not working and had to be repaired mid way after we complained and the tyre got punctured mid way or may be was punctured from start. All this delayed our trip further while we were already running late for our flight from Delhi. Do not recommend using their services at all.
I would like to mention so many good things about this service i took. 1) the humble nature of mr. Shashank, he was very polite and cooperative. 2) driving skills were top class 3) the cleanliness of the car was the most attractive point I'd like to discuss. The seats were clean, it smelled good, Ac was working too good that we had to shut it down from time to time. All and all it was a great experience. I'm definitely taking his service more often.
