We had done phone booking for 5 people and had paid advance as well for 4 bed room with an extra mattress. On Arrival We were suprised to see that he had allocated 3 bed room with very little space for 2 extra mattress. We were also given photos of 4 bed room for confirmation. We were then given another room with 2 beds but the room was on one isolated corner. Walls were wet due to water leak. Bathrooms were unclean. Linen were unclean and torn at some places. The family was friendly but the rooms were not value for money and even were not as promised.
The owner runs the place. Extremely helpful and polite. Always on call and ready to serve at a drop of a hat. Location: close enough to reach Ellora caves quick and just off the main road to cut off the extra public noise which is great for a good night's sleep. Thank you very much for an amazing stay.
Owner was able to accommodate my late arrival from Jalgaon. Was provided with a large room that had a view of the sunrise over the Ellora Caves. Not a five star hotel, but is a good value for the price. Solid location and friendly owner.
I have resently visit Shivam Residency is a best family home stay big size room. Nice accommodation. You will get pure vegetarian home made food and tea coffee etc. It is very close to Ghrishneshwar Mahadev Temple approx 400 meter and Ellora caves 1 km. you can stay here it will give you rooms at very reasonable price. There is 24 hours hot water. Oner shivam bhai is very helpful . I have highly recommended these place.
We had a lovely experience, ultimate views from balcony, just walking distance from Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga Temple. Even we can easily heard Aarti from Temple and view also. Owner with family lives in ground floor, very helpful & cooperative, nice behavior . Must stay
