Dr Sarika roy is better but staff of this clinic's are uncomfortable behaviour and being very rude while talking, this is not acceptable if u are going for treatment and gain this unacceptable behaviour. And some of the staff of this clinic are abusive also. This is my personal experience that I'm sharing. Treatment of More than 100 patients daily so, hospital gets crowded daily and full of gathering and because of many patients, hospital should be lots of space but no such space in this hospital.

Worst service, please don't go there if you need the proper treatment. Very bad experience I have from there . All the staff's members don't have the knowledge how to talk with the patients. All the staffs are worst and looks they all are illiterate literally.

Very bad hospital and also bad behaviour of staff and also lot of money apen here and not any results all money west and also west time

Urgent information Please don't go this place except in rare case, if u have any major complications and lots of money u have My recent experience is very pathetic, this place is fully commercialized. Here I observed that paramedical staff are prescribing medicine. Main doctor is busy in lecturing worthless speeches to patients. All staffs are merciless at so called caring palace.This is in short and clear cut my message. If I want to know real truth and have time then read my experience. Details of my experience ( went with my wife) We had 5th months of expectation, I reached here at 08:00 am and booked appointment and visited to paramedical staff as per local rule of hospital, she without any reports, started writing lot of words ( it was medicine I came to know this at last), and she asked to us for ultrasound and blood report. Then we visited to pathology lab and ultrasound dept. after payingg hefty amount. Blood collection was normal, but ultrasound was done at random hours there is neither fixed nor informative time for ultrasound, I had to wait 4 hrs to sonographer, she came and test was done. This was not finished here, my all test reports came at 05:00 pm and report was normal I got big sigh of relief. Doctor came at 07:00 pm without any excuse of late, no body cares here. When doctor came our dead hopes arise and we glad and expected that our reports are good, so, she will observe and advice some excercise nd some medicine. But doctor kills brutally our expectations. Doctor only lecturing in own rhythm and didn't listen our voices, even he didn't checked that what paramedical staff wrote medicine in my prescription in morning. Just like government hospital .....with high price

Very Important Notes :- 1. You will most indiscipline staff , specially the old Mam who call the Name at the Dr Sarika Rai Cabin. One person GURUJI is quite good he tell us how to take medicine. 2. No Property Space to Sit there. 3. No any privacy in the Dr Sarika cablin u will have to explain ur problem before 5 to 10 peoples. 4. They given u TB medicines if u have not TB which can not be suitable for all. 5. Hospital without Hygin. 6. Dr is not ready to improve the condition of this hospital they will treat u like animals. Go there and feel the same else look for others.

Hats off to Doctor Sharika Roy. She is very good and friendly. Her medicine and treatment are the best in Patna. But every coin has two sides . The cons are that paramedical staffs are very rude to patients and their guardian. Especially Anuradha is the worst one. She scowled at me and tried to throw my prescription all because I didn't buy heparin and insulin from her. She is always in overconfidence and abuses the patient. Not only she other ward staffs are also rude and cruel.Therefore this hospital needs a very nice Management skill staff who manage and maintain the reputation of the hospital.

Staff behaviour very wrong, Each working staff like as minister. No any help no any sympathy no any behaviour to talk patient.
