Extra costly just robbing the pockets... Bad ambience and toilets are very dirty and unhygienic. Moreover unnecessary tests are suggested just to make money.. Bad odour on every floor... patients should be kept in clean environment rather here is opposite patients are kept in most worst environment... Staff are not knowledgeable alebough to pass any information card machines and scanners are not working, only cash are accepted which another uncomfortable situation.. Hospital needs to provide better services if they are charging a fortune from the patients.. most unprofessional services I have experienced so far.

I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding the behavior of certain staff members at your hospital. While I have received treatment from Dr. R. L. Bhagat, whom I found to be quite cooperative and saved my mother , thank you ! But , I must highlight the distressing conduct of some untrained and ill-mannered security guards and nurses during my recent visit to your facility. My experience culminated in an unfortunate incident during my mother discharge from the hospital yesterday. There was one security guard, a gentleman wearing a turban, who displayed unacceptable behavior and created a significant disturbance. Despite my requests for him to stop and considering the presence of a patient with us, he continued to act in a highly inappropriate manner. It is disheartening to witness such behavior from staff members responsible for security and care within a healthcare environment. Their conduct not only tarnishes the reputation of your hospital but also creates a distressing experience for patients and their families. I strongly feel the need to escalate this issue and report it to higher authorities. I kindly request that you investigate this matter promptly and take necessary actions to address and rectify the behavior of the individuals involved. It is imperative that such incidents are not repeated and that the hospital maintains the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy. I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and take appropriate steps to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Otherwise I have to escalated further this matter

Very bad experience at Shivam hospital . 3 days before I visited Shivam hospital with my mother in law . She's heart patient. I wint in emergency slip cost 1000 . I wait in emergency 3 hours but Dr. Bhagat didn't visit in emergency. Even I said to staff nurse . My mother feeling very cold in AC . Plz give her a blanket. She ignored me . Nd never give her blanket . After 3 hrs i decided to leave from Shivam hospital. A gentaman staff came to emergency. I don't know his name . But he is polite . I told him all story . He checked with emergency staff why you are not given a blanket to patient. She said . We have no blanket in storage. Without visit Dr. Bhagat told the staff take blood sample for all tests . Test costs more than . 20k . I highly recommend to all patients. Plz don't visits in this hospital. If you love your siblings. And alive with more . Don't visit . Hospital management should be take a good staff . Staff are very rude .

One of the best hospital in hoshiarpur who provide best facilities in hoshiarpur under a one roof . All doctors and staffs are cooperative and helpfull. They are perfect in their work. One of the first NABH hospital in hoshiarpur . This hospital accept all health policies. H P government inpanneled also..

Worst hospital in Hoshiarpur where the pharmacy of the hospital gave wrong medicine to my 85 years old mother .Medicine suggested was vertin for cervical but he gave bertin that is antifungal She took 30 tabletsfor 10 days and sufferedEven doctor didn't bother. Zero star who takes responsibility??????

My worst experience ever in Shivam hospital becoz it is so expensive and service haven't match with these rate. Staff is very well on nurses but maintanence and cleaning department very very poor. Most of the washroom full with over water and bacteria. May be electrician supervisor think only hotness in ward in midnight 10pm to 12am. 1 hour in day AC is send cooling. In Shivam hospital only 3 hours AC is on of 24 hours. They save more electricity that's why they think only patients feeling hotness only 3 hour's. Instead of that except 21 hours like Shimla temprature. Please AC on 24 for patients requirements. I should gave Shivam hospital -1 star of rating.

Good doctor but miss behavior hospital staff mostly hospital guard... I am not happy
