Not recommended at all. Staff members were rude. Got booking from kartik(middleperson) for sivalik adventure, for my family. We reached by 9 as mentioned to get started, staff didn't address or share car details until 9:45. When asked details for departure, they started shouting at us reasoning that we delayed the trip. Better save yourself from such people from better rafting experience! No wonder - how they deal while river rafting.
Worst rafting operator. The instructor in rafting board asked us rs 4200 for making rafting video and photos. We refused to accept it as price was too high. He kept asking but we simply refused again. Therefore He got frustrated and didn't take us to rapids and simply make the ride as normal boat ride. At the end he told us if you want to enjoy ride then you will have to pay for videos too which we didn't want ( We already pay for the rafting !!! ) . They just want to make more and more money. PLEASE DON'T TAKE THEIR SERVICES EVEN IF THEY OFFER IT DOR FREE

The guy told us to be at the pickup at sharp 6:30 am and if we are late it would be non-refundable. We got up at 5 am to get here on time. We got here at 6:15 and the shop was closed. We called them and he said its not going to happen till 7:30-8 am. It is very disorganized, we waited for 45 mins. We ended up having to book with another agency last minute. No communication between booking agent and the rafting agency. Disappointing.

Hi, We visited Rishikesh Oct 17 and had deal with shivalic for River rafting 16 km . It was really awesome experience and guide was good.Overall great experience.350 per head for 16 km ride. Also we went for night campaign and believe me it worth for every single penny. They charged us 800 per head including Snacks and dinner. Overall good experience.
Trip was amazing, visited with friends with lots of fun and enjoyment, river is nearby camp which makes more attractive, but tent condition can be improved and also the same with food, really enthusiastic rafting, and cliff jumping makes more adventurous
