This one of the best place for shopping in Ooty. Its like a mini mall. Varieties of items available, dresses to hand gloves. There is no bargain sale here, it's cheap and worth buying comparing to local street sales shop people. In Doddabetta area, same item of hand gloves and woolen cap price starts from 200rs and they will reduce upto 125rs. Here, same quality items without bargain price you can get it for 80rs to max 100rs based on the quality. Here they have tailor, so if any hand gloves or woolen cap needed stitching, it can be done immediately. Also, some damaged items will be there, check damages before you buy. Overall value for money to buy here.

The only big shopping mall ( mini saravana stores) in ooty. Limited branded collections. Can get much budgeted items. Dresses, materials, toys, kitchen needs, foot wears and less varieties of eatables available

They have a huge collection of cloths and many more items. You find all household items as well, kitchen items, furniture. You can spend hours shopping. You get most of the items in reasonable price. Had a small shopping mall experience. Good place for shoping. This shop has bought the multi storey all in one textile shops trend to Nilgiris. Main branch located in Tiruppur. Parking space is huge that is also free of cost. Softy ice cream at exit was superb.

I bought some clothes here during festive season .. Low quality materials the colour of them washed away in the first wash itself.. And they offered a gift that also no given till now.. Was waiting for it for 1 month.. CHEATING..

Probably the only of this kind in Ooty , I would say a Textile Plus where you get sweets, kitchen items, matress, plastic vessels and more. A three storied building with additional under ground parking, even though the front parking area is often sufficient. Vast and fast.

Poor customer service. Very lazy staffs. Cheating schemes and offers. Big scams on Free gifts on bill values . Zero customer centricity. Above observations will spoil your reputation for sure. Good bye Siva textiles ,OOTY.
