I had a terrible experience at Hotel Shiva. My room 106 reeked of foul smell for the whole duration of the stay. I informed hotel staff several times. But they had a careless attitude towards the whole situation. No one took any measures to address the issue. The staff did not take my complaints seriously and didn't make any efforts to address the issue. Furthermore, the owner's rude behavior and the insistence on vacating the room before the scheduled check-out time, despite me having paid for a full day in advance, only added to my woes. Hotel Shiva lacks proper customer service and fails to prioritize guest satisfaction. Even at gunpoint, I would not recommend this hotel to any potential guest.
Multiple reasons why I am giving 5 star to this place 1. Staff is very supportive they were always ready to help with beautiful smile. 2. Food was very good in my first stay, but now they are offering fix menu which i didn't like. 3. Clean place the wash rooms are also very well maintained. 4. Safe for solo travelers 5. comfortable beds and good lockers
stayed for couple of nights at newish property. rooms are mid sized. better to choose racecourse view which is truly awesome. buffet breakfast has decent spread. food quality and service is good. there is also happy hours at the bar. Thanks to hotel and staff

Feel a very nice and decent stay in hotel. I stay 3 days with my family. It's a pleasant atmosphere with very polite staff and a front desk team, they are always ready to help you beyond the limit. Rooms are awesome with all required accessories
