I can say that this is the best dhaba on Delhi-Moradabad Highway NH-9. I can also say that those who go to Sonepat in Haryana to eat paranthas at Murthal, must visit here as well. In terms of service and taste, Shiva Dhaba is way ahead of the Sukhdev Dhaba (Murthal). If you come here, you can also take a dip in the Holy river Ganga at the Garmukteshwar Ghat nearby, and a little further ahead in Gajraula, you can buy plants and trees at affordable prices for your home or farm, as Gajraula is a major market for plant nurseries in India. You can also buy cheap stools to sit on along this road.

Food is amazing. All the waiters are doing a good job. Chef Needs Hygiene on food. i found hair inside my poratha. But the waiter changed my poratha at the same time . I'm really impressed . The washroom is clean. Please chef you need more force' in your department.rest is amazing. I am also visiting Shiva dhaba 2 time
As usual the food is great. Service is quick. And atmosphere is clean & hygienic. So kudos to them to maintain this, its not easy for such a big outlet on highway to be able to achieve all.

At Shiva Dhaba Mama Yadav, we took a stop for breakfast on our way to Haldwani. We had a masala dosa and chai. While the food was decent, what stood out was the swift service. The eatery's hygienic environment added to the overall positive experience. A convenient stop for a quick and satisfying meal.
