Location is easily accessible. Service is excellent, all the staff members are skilled and educated to provide customer all their psychological needs. Meal are superb and full variety with excellent quality. All the rooms have neat and clean ambience, beautiful gardening.

At present staying in this hotel, location 5 star near all eateries and market. Requested them to open breakfast buffet much earlier than their regular time and they kindly considered it and provided for the same so was really grateful. Stayed in their suite was provided basic amenities. the staff is helpful and eager to help... thank u for ur service
The rooms are really luxurious, spacious and cozy. The foods are quite healthy and tasty and above all the room services are too good. I would like to share our personal experience with two from the room service department named Mukesh and Chandan who were very honest, hospitable and helpful to us.
This is an average hotel situated ~100m from mall road. The location is convenient. We booked a family suite with a mountain view. The family suite room was ok, with a decent washroom. The Mountain view though was not great. Also, the breakfast options, taste and quality were below average which was a major disappointment because of which it was felt that room price was charged on a higher side. The kitchen was stinking most of the time which was required to be crossed every time you go to the breakfast area. I would recommend choosing to only stay here without food.
Location is good. The mountain view rooms are great. Easily accessible and also near to all important places in Mussorie. Have a good parking spot as well if you are bringing in your own car.
Service can be improved. When we checked in, the jet spray in the washroom was not working and we had to call in few times to get it fixed. Same was the issue when we needed drinking water at night.
Might be a one off issue but wanted the hotel management to know of this. Apart from that, it was a very comfortable place to stay.
Good hotel situated at the end of mall road....mall road just 5min walking distance...we booked mountain view rooms which where great,heater was provided,hot water was available 24hrs.... overall great experience

Cafe Hinge is the finest cafe in mussoorie. Food taste is top notch their Nutella hot chocolate and Banana chocolate waffle pasta chilli cheese toast are must try.. definitely must visit this cafe when in mussoorie.
