Shiv Shakti Guest House - Guest house in Jaipur - Jaipur, India

The room I have booked, I booked a separate room. But when I reached the hotel, I was told that this is a sharing room in which 10 to 15 people are sleeping after drinking alcohol. Will have to sleep with them. If you don't, then you will have to be taken in a separate room, in which you will have to pay Rs 300 separately. The rooms of this guest house are very poor and better than this are the rooms of Dharamshala or there is neither any facility nor drinking water. In the rain at night, the roof also leaks and the room gets filled with water.

Room is neat & cleaned properly. Hotel staff is very supportive & friendly. Bathroom & toilet is also cleaned properly. Location wise it's on walking distance from Sindhi camp Jaipur Bus stand & railway station. overall it's nice to stay here. awesome

poor room and guest house, don't go for this room and guest house, they all are fraud, they show something and after a visit they give you different and rubish type of rooms and they always try to make such a fool, I was paid on pre booking and after visit I want my refund they said we can't refund your money if you want then please write positive review at the goibigo, really please dont go here. they are very rood fraud.. scammers poor room and service fraud people are there, they doesn't refund my money.

I had booked this room with dinner and breakfast But there was no any restaurant so they provided my dinner in my room.When I saw the dinner i was shocked. Dinner was served in a one stainless steel plate. All dishes were Massey in that plate. It consists simple dal, mixed veg, plain dahi, spoon full rice and 4 chapati with out butter, papad. Is this the way to serve dinner ? There was no any cutlery, not a small bowl, small plates. They served the dinner openly. That food was not covered. Food was not served in serving bowl. my question again is this the service of 3 star hotel from these type of service i was scared. I am unable to decide whether i had to take tomorrow my included breakfast or not.and also customer can see bear bottle Openly at your room gate.When I asked to the reception for the same then the reception person said to me we provide only this service for deluxe ac room, if you are not satisfied, we give only this.

Rooms are value for money ordinary rooms have good washroom,no bedsheet provided ,only fan the hotel owner tries to cheat u by saying upgrade room don't listen to him

They are greedy people initially they said you have to pay 550 while checking out they asked for 700 ( sir you have to pay tax, this is terms and conditions etc) Rooms and bathrooms were stinking, 3-4 times i had to go to reception for availability of water in bathroom. So please don't go to this guest house #wastageofmoney

Very poor management... Bad behaviour by staff.... Unhygienic room ... Dirty room and third class service..... Never recommended. Cheep hotel but very dirty and bad experience.

Suggest dont book the room online from goibibo or other apps ,the room shown their doesn't exist , as i booked room they give me a single bed room whith cracking walls and common toilet . Suggest you to vist room before booking . No hygiene is maintained . Not recommended for couples and family
