Shiv Sakthi Villa - Home Stay in Kumbakonam, Valaiyapettai - Thanjavur, India

We are a family of 9, along with our pet, booked this place based on being Pet Friendly, it, really is a good place though. The stay was pleasant and comfortable, the ground floor which we booked was more of a Home than a hotel. The Manager Mr.Gurumurthy was very friendly and Helpful in anyways possible. The surroundings were lush green (except for the entrance as it's on the Highway. As it started to rain a bit in the evening we were able to hear peacocks noise, and the facility has a small place where they have kept ducks. Totally, the experience was awesome and we all liked it, moreover our pet too.

Wonderful villa with very spacious living spaces and thoroughly clean. Can accommodate large tour groups under one roof. If one brings own pillow and foldable chatai, more persons can sleep and save extra bed charges. AC and hot water available. Excellent kitchen with cooking ware, fridge, stove ,dining table and filtered water available making our stay feel like home. Very clean and nice bathrooms. Peaceful and comfortable place to stay after a long day's of travel. Very good staff for help 24 hours and wonderful host who makes the room booking.

We had a very comfortable stay at Shiv Sakthi Villa from 14th-18th September. Hospitability and service was very good. Place is spacious with all comforts. The gardens and birds around gave a nice feeling. Most importantly, our pet little dog, was allowed to stay with us!!!!

I stayed with my family on 24th and 25th June 2023 at this property. It was a memorable experience for us. We stayed at 1st floor, which is 2BHK house. Rooms were clean and neatly maintained. Living room is huge and has TV and fridge.we can use kitchen also. My kid enjoyed a lot in the water pump set. Over all satisfied stay with shiv Shakthi villa. 100% recommend. Definitely will stay here in our future trip.

We were a group of 9 people and had booked the entire villa. Shiv Sakthi Villa was a perfect choice for us. The villa, the rooms and the pool are just great and we have great memories about our stay 21 Apr - 23 Apr 2023. The staff is fabulous and Mr Gurumurthy is taking care of everything you need and you ask for. We felt safe and very well taken care of every minute during our stay. The rooms are large with great in-suite bathrooms. The dining area close by the pool and terrace was our preferred location and is outstanding. You get the best value for your money. We would love to come back. we would like to say a massive thank you to the Villa owner Mr. Vignesh Sir for a beautiful time and space we all enjoyed! This Villa was divine and really loved exploring each corner & hours in the pool.

Villa was neat and clean. Location was easy to access to temples. Place was very quiet and safe. It was a feel at home experience. Thanks to Mr. Vignesh and his staff.

If you are looking for a pleasant experience in a natural atmosphere, then Shiv sakthi villa is the place for you. Silent and sophisticated stay during our one week visit to kumbakonam from Singapore for our family marriage function. We took the whole villa. It simply felt like that the function and ritual is happening in our own house. The people are very friendly and caring, helped us a lot. The entire villa & Rooms are very neat and clean. Well maintained air-conditioner and wash rooms. We are so happy during our entire stay.
