Usually Crowded, Good Food, Fine-Dine Range Shiv Sagar has crafted a name for itself, a fine-dine pure veg restaurant, never disappoints but you have to choose right from their menu. Our dinner was nice, serving quantity per item is limited, could be shared with one other person if you go for two main course it could be sufficient, obviously based on ones appetite this may change. Not a big fan of anything on Sizzler, they have large sizzler main course, tried it, except for the initial smoky and burn smell, the food was nice.
Service was bad, still they levy 6% service charge on it. We tried Gobi Manchurian, fried rice and the pizza. Gobi & fried rice are good. Pizza was the worst. They literally took a pizza base, put mayonnaise & some cheap cheese on it with some veggies and baked it. The pizza was unevenly cooked.
Have visited this place a few times and have never been disappointed. They have all kinds of cuisines and everything here is delicious. The place is always busy showing how good the place is. It is well maintained and has a decent ambiance. Some of the things which you can try here are - 'Pav Bhaji', 'Paneer Chilly Manchurian', 'Cheese Balls', 'Veg Spring Rolls' and 'Sizzling Brownie'. Do check out this place at least once!
The taste of the food was absolutely delightful - every bite was packed with authentic flavours that truly satisfied my taste buds. The quality of the food was also excellent - the ingredients were fresh. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made sure to provide prompt service. They have wide varieties of vegetarian item choices, if you are looking to try something new, this place is definitely worth a visit! The cost was reasonable and as frequent visitor I would highly recommend this restaurant.
We bumped into this hotel after shopping at Mantri Mall as it was late. We were very happy with the quality and taste of food. They have a very fast and courteous service. Overall a good choice to have food. As the hotel is in the mall and there is a metro station right in the mall, it's a very convenient place for dinners and easy logistics. It is a terrible replica of the OG RS Shiv Sagar. The food was terrible, the lime soda which I've always liked in other RS SS was almost only sugar syrup and when I asked them to remake it - they said "all will be like this only".. means??? They can't even make soda right. The spring roll sauce was yuck - so I asked them to get schezwan chutney which was basically achaar only so I couldn't enjoy the spring roll at all. + they charged me 45 bucks for achaar Schezwan can you believe?? The main course was bearable - mushroom masala was good. The ambience was far better than other RS SS so points for that - but the primary purpose of the restaurant is to give good food.
Quintessential family restaurant where you could bump into a lot of Gujaratis and Marvadis (Malleswaram outlet). Extremely long queues during weekends.
