The car came on time as promised. Would certainly look for availing their services in near future

It was a okay kind of place to have your meals. As compared to prices the meals served was not that okay. No that much hygienic. Better to opt for Hotel Ashoka Grand just a few minutes away from this place,which is a much better place to have a good meal.

Room rent is very high. They take advantage of the opportunity from the coming couples. They do not understand the helplessness of anyone, just take advantage of them and charge more money.

Our car broke 3 km ahead of the resort and it was 8 pm in night and complete dark,we could not find any mechanic as it was diwali time.I found the resort on google maps and called the owner,not only he sent a big car for us but also kept our car safe and got it fixed in the night itself even though everyone was on leave,the owner is a humble man and very thanks to him for helping us out.We spent the night there only,though rooms are not very good but food was tasty.

This is worst hotel so far i have ever visited. Not a resort from any angle. They are bluffing in name of resort. Right from check-in to check-out the experience was worst. I booked this hotel just for a night stay for my onward journey next day. I check-in along with my family at around 9:15 PM. The person at reception denied the booking. I showed OYO booking voucher then he said they have ended their relationship with OYO. This was ridiculous. The gaurd was witty.. he said you pay 1000 Rs. and stay here. I said why should I pay when this is pre-booked. These people tried to take advantage of my situation. I kept insisting and tried calling OYO.. but there is no network at this place. You can't call anyone or give feedback on OYO app or call even police for help. Anyhow after lot of discussion they gave a room on the ground floor next to bar and restaurant. Someone had just smoked in the room (see the buds in dustbin in pics).. They said its because room was closed for long.. This was a dirtiest ever room.. One could easily spot dust layers (I have attached pics also). The washroom was not cleaned and used soaps were lying. Water in tap extremely slow. Geyser was not working. On the top of this the staff was busy in restaurant. The receptionist rudely said that staff is busy and take another 45 min to clean the room and look after my requests. Such was the behavior of the staff- very rude. I had no option as it was already 10:45 PM and this place was in middle of highway. I somehow passed the night and checked out immediately early morning. Don't ever stay at this place. See the pics and decide yourself. After coming back form my trip i contacted OYO and gave the feedback. surprisingly they were also helpless and could not do anything except tendering apologies.
