Shiv Radhika Memorial Hospital - Hospital in Gorakhpur - Gorakhpur, India

I visited this hospital with a baby patient and had consulted with both Dr. namely Anuj Shrivastav & his father SC Shrivastav. Both Drs. are write three days or one week medicines only for all OPD patients. I noticed that 80% of the patients are being indirectly forced to come back within three days or one week for follow up, so that hospital will make more charge with the name of follow up fee. Dr. fee is here 400 rupees for new patient and if he will come back again after one week,hospital is charge another 200 rupees for follow up. I never saw this type of rules in any hospital. Maximum patients are come here outside of Gorakhpur town, some are come here nearly UP Bihar Border. But Dr. is start to check up his patient after 11 AM daily till 2:30 PM And then 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Dr and hospital managements are not understand the value of time of patients and thier families. Three main problems which I faced here: 1.If you want to visit here, then you need to visit hospital for patient registration, No prior registration of any patients over telephone or online service. This is not good in this modern era. 2. Hospital building is near the main road ,where vehicles are running with much sound of horn. So this is not good for baby patients. it's OK for family of patients but not baby patients. 3. There is no cleanliness near the hospital, there is a big municipality garbage stand. Due to this reason, there was a very bad smell near the hospital specially main entrance of hospital gate. This is my opinion which I noticed there, but staffs were friendly and drs.were good behaviour with soft spoken. I am following up my patient every week since March 2023, I did not saw any doctors that they are adviced to thier ptaient to come here again every week till your patient becomes health. One time folow up in a month is enough if patiensts are getting feel well, if patienst are not getting well then Its ok for three days or weekly basis for follow up. Overall my experience was not good for this above issues and I will not visit again this hospital with my patient and will not recommend to any one to come here, specially from Bihar and outside of Gorakhpur town.

Worst hospital in Gorakhpur and all staff with poorest attitudes towards patients and one senior doctor don't have emotions with patients. I will recommend people not to visit and consult with such emotionless doctors. Very poor experience even patient was suffering with high fever and doctor didn't bother to check even temperature of 20 months baby and don't value of patient's time.

Dr Anuj Srivastava is really a very nice doctor. Not just the medicines which he prescribes but his way of dealing with his patients is also very appreciable. Today we come across very few such kind of good doctors .

This hospital is best hospital for children in gorakhpur city...staffs are very supportive and the rooms are cleaned...
