I wanted to follow a routine for a long time but didn't happen. This class every morning gave me that routine. Apart from that, my body is much more flexible now, body feels lighter after the classes. I sleep better and I wake up fresh. Even though it's been only 1.5 months of practising, Shivam Sir have helped me learn a lot of different postures and variations. He is an extremely knowledgeable teacher and helpful throughout the sessions. My stiff body have turned into quite a flexible one. The best part is every batch is extremely limited not over crowded which makes it simple for him and us to interact effectively and easily He observes everybody all throughout .....
