1. No parking facilities
2. Took all amount including Tax in Cash without any bills provided and did not inform this in advance when the booking was made. We were forced to pay in Cash only and had to arrange cash immediately by reaching nearby atm.
3. Rooms were too small in the name and cost of Super Deluxe room they were too small
4. Beds were not at all comfortable, couldn't sleep whole night. The mattress was too old and thin that our back were hurting.
5. Service was not good at the reception, no response were given, staff was also irresponsive except 1-2 carrying the luggage
6. Location is very complicated and the hotel person was not at all helpful with directing us to reach there.
7. Too high price for such rooms, please do not fall for the photos shown.
Budget hotel near the market. Easy access to the food corner. Neat and clean. Serve fantastic tea. Quick service.
One of the worst hotels ever. The people who run the place do not have basic manners. This is clearly visible in the maintenance of the hotel. The rooms are very very dirty. The sheets/blankets have many stains which means they do not even wash the blankets and sheets properly. The bathrooms were very dirty and felt like they hadnt cleaned the bathrooms since a year. The towels were stinking which means they were not even washed from previous guests. Don't know how such horrible things can still happen in the 21st century. Upon pointing these things, the manager told this is the best they can offer and they don't mind if we move to a different hotel. We had booked the room but after seeing the horrific state of the room, we decided not to stay here. A strong recommendation to everyone not to stay here for your own good.
