I visited the hospital for a routine check-up and I was very impressed by the quality of service and care. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The facilities were clean, modern and well-equipped. The doctor was thorough, knowledgeable and attentive. I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for a good health care provider.
Worst hospital. Treatment from the doctors was good but the nursing staff horrible. The reception unimaginable and pathetic. They say they are doing much better than whatever others are doing in Kamareddy. Staff don't care about complaining to the doctor. Few nurse are worst in communicating except 1 or 2 nurse we have seen. Beds no way. Blood stains on the fresh bed sheets... Requested to replace 3 times, but after shouting they changed it. We stayed for 2 days,... only once bedsheet changed. Cleaning ok No geaser in special room. Nurses roam around and we need to call them all the time. Only few sisters are good who work in night shifts. I suggest better to to Jeevadaan if there is a chance or else go for Hyderabad or a small hospital where the doctor is the head. All in all, if you are sensitive, I suggest not to get admitted in this hospital. "Charges are at peaks, service is total weak" Full of disappointment.

Dr.Shravan is very good at neo natal care. He provides very detailed explanation of the treatment they are planning and provides you with proper updates on baby's health condition. Mr.Krishna guides you through the expenses incurred. Mrs.Priyanka was very helpful in getting my claims at the earliest.
It was good in 2017 and now staff worst especially nurses they don't understand emergency of babies and its purely money minded now they're ultimate goal is to loot the people.
Consultation is good But if they ask to admit your baby, just think and check for 2nd option. Don't go for admission. Purely money minded and take more time to cure and this hospital not suitable middle class or below people. If You don't have any insurance please don't admit.I realised that after admitted.
