It have good rooms and also the scenery from the balcony is so nice . It also has a spacious yard so that children can play. Its situated in a good location as it is in a calm and quiet region and also it takes only less than 10 minutes to reach town.

It is really an amazing property which is build out of premium quality materials. They actually didn't compromised in quality. Of course design is fantastic. They will assist even in the interior design aspects. One of the prime highlight is,even though it is situated in the heart of Kottayam but is in a serene and beautiful place which attracts one who wish to have some fresh air in there habitat.

Nice view from the Western side but.. quality of construction is not sk good.

Locality is excellent. But too much of insects and power issues during our trip. Ample parking space is available. Still maintenance part needs to be concentrated.

One of the best apartment i have ever seen...the facilities provided and the faculty facilities are remarkable...people seeking better stay near by kumarakaom should visit this providence atleast one to make it feel simple...

Good flat and good environment to experience real beauty of vellor village in kottayam. Can see long distance lake ,rivers and paddy fileds.very large frontages for kids. Rooms are vaccant for rent and sale. Distance to kottayam town 4 km Distance to kumarokom back waters vembanad lake - 8 km Nearst railway kottyam Nearst airport - cochin international.

Please dont buy this flat because its made out of low quality products.Not at all upto the rate.There is no attached bathrooms or even a good balcony.
